Services provided in detail

• Tender documents can be received/collected by hand, post, email or CD
• Evaluate tender documentation
• Site visit/client representation/photographic information (if required)
• Enquiries to suppliers will be carried out on your behalf
• Evaluate supplier quotations
• Prepare take-offs
• Inputting can be carried out on client’s own estimating system or on my own software package
• Preparation of Tender Settlement Form
• Tender handover meeting with client

Fee Structure

My fee will be calculated as a percentage of the final figure as detailed on the Tender Settlement Form. A detailed fee structure can be provided on request.

All information relating to the service I provide and the work I carry out will be treated in the strictest confidence. I will therefore only act for any one client, on any one project, at the same time.
